I have just ordered a new iphone 15 on a 24 month contract with an esim. I want to keep my existing number, so should have ordered an upgrade. Is it possible to change my order to an upgrade? My order ref is 442042166

It wouldn’t be possible to change the order from a new line into an upgrade, we’d need to return the new line and instead advise to order an upgrade.
