ID are offering a better SIM only deal online than I am getting. I want to ask to be put on this deal, but I cannot speak to a person on the Live Chat just a ‘Bot’. How do I take advantage of this online offer if I can’t speak to someone?

Have you tried looking at the Tariff change options on the App to see if the deal is available to you there?
If you have, and it’s not, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

Yes I have and it’s not there. The deal I’ve seen is unlimited text & calls and 4GB data for £6/month on a monthly contract. I’m currently on unlimited text & calls and 2.5GB data for £6/month on a monthly contract. The nearest offer in the app is for 5GB data for £7/month. I wish to go onto the 4GB data deal at the same monthly payment of £6/month.
