iPhone 7 Plus unable to send photos by text

I am now unable to send photos by text get error message - not delivered.

Any ideas?

Hi Bertie, you can try to swap the SIM's over to see if this helps but the issue is most likely to be the settings on your iPhone.

If you are not able to see or adjust the APN then they will be set automatically. Check, in Settings, General, Profiles to see if you have any old data from a different provided which could be deleted.

Sending MMS messages (picture, video, audio etc) are not included in you're monthly allowance. If you have set you cap to £0 then you won't be able to send these types of messages.

If the cap isn't the issue then if you're able to, please check your APN settings are as follows:

Name: iD
APN: id
Username:
Password:

MMSC: http://mms.um.idmobile.co.uk:10021/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mms.idmobile.co.uk
MMS APN Username:
MMS APN Password:
MMS Port: 8799

I have tried to find the apn settings - mobile data, mobile data options and the only options are enable 4g (which is set at voice & data)and data roaming is off.

Please advise. Thanks 😀

I have purchased another ID sim for another iPhone and I am able to send photos from that. Would the SIM card need updating?
