Just placed an order but I need my new ID mobile number to use the PAC code. didnt let me add it at checkout

I ordered a new phone contract that was processed but I don't have the new iD mobile number and I need to to use my PAC code that runs out soon!

Hey @Immy1894, just pop the iD SIM that came with your new handset into a phone, then call or text a friend or family member, who should be able to give you your initial iD mobile number.

    It's an esim and the mobile hasn't arrived yet, so I should I hold off the number transfer process?
