hi I payed my bills for my phone  and my wife phone  but her phones not  working to make calls

Hey there @Victor Shafier, we’re sorry to hear that. Have you turned off the adult content filter via the iD Mobile app/website? Have you also ensured that adult content filter is disabled via the browser you’re using, as some browsers use their own content filters too.

 

On top of this, some web-pages simply are blocked from being used on Three UK’s network, and subsequently, ours, as we use Three UK’s network, so that could also be the reasoning.

Hi I went to pay my bill on the phone it said my card failed so tried another and it took payment from both cards how do I get a payment back

Is the payment pending or is it showing as process?

Is your iD Mobile account currently in credit? If so we can PM you to process a refund but a direct debit set up will be required.

Yes, you’ll be able to use your plan while in our inclusive roaming zones.

 

You’ll also be able to use it out of the inclusive roaming zones, however usage will cost extra.

Your handset should already be unlocked to all UK networks if you purchased from iD Mobile.

Have you tested another network SIM in the handset?

@Amba Mambula Luathy what happens when you try and top-up?
