Hi, I’m currently on a monthly sim only contract with 1Gb for £5 pm and am considering upgrading to one with 5Gb for £7 pm. The website doesn’t make it clear if the new deal offered is a monthly or longer contract, eg 12 m. Does anyone know please? Thanks

This will be a 12-month sim only deal that you will be upgrading to. You can also upgrade your sim only deal through your iD app.

Hi,I have a 24 month SIM only contract and want to upgrade to a handset contract from you , does this cancel the SIM contract when I upgrade , many thanks David
