My sim has stopped working. I have tried everything. can i get a replacement sim?

As @andewhite has kindly advised, you can collect a free replacement iD Mobile SIM card from any Currys during store opening hours. Simply ask a member of staff for one, and once you’ve got it, you can activate it here:

Similarly, we’re also able to send one out via 1-2 working days via post if you prefer.
