ID Mobile have been nothing but awful and I've only been with them a week

There service coverage is terrible

They were late porting my old number over, and now they have it's still showing as the new one on my messages

I've followed all the suggestions on here and it's not working and now my watch is disconnected from my phone and I can't reconnect or set up a new connection

Hi @Humpa

I’m sorry to hear this, it’ll be worth checking the coverage/outage checker to see if your area is covered or suffering from any outages;

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage

If you’re not happy with the signal and are still in your returns period, it may be an option worth considering.

Have you tried a replacement SIM as @Jo Grainger suggested?

Tom

If the watch uses an eSIM then this won’t currently work on iD either.
