on the 02.12 I’ve ordered sim card with the plan.
today is 16/12 still no sim card.
Sim card still in the royal mail limbo or still with ID mobile… but direct debit confirmation came by post last week!
Please can you sort this out?

We are sorry to hear that the SIM card has not arrived, this is possibly lost in the post. We will send you a PM now so we can help you further and we would not advise cancelling the direct debit.
