No sim card

on the 02.12 I’ve ordered sim card with the plan.

today is 16/12 still no sim card.

Sim card still in the royal mail limbo or still with ID mobile… but direct debit confirmation came by post last week!

 

Please can you sort this out?

You have not received sim card.

Ive tried to call this number… imposible to speak to somone… i will try again.

Its imposible to call… customer service is automated only… tried live chat… bot is not able to connect me to the agent… im cancelling direct debit… this is a joke!
