Submitted PAC code. It’s updated to my previous number on the app but still dials out as my new number, which I don’t want. Any help?

Hi @Adam Pearson

Are you on an iPhone or Android?

Have you tried a network settings reset?

For iPhone;

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

For Android;

Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.

Perhaps try removing the iD SIM card from your handset and turn it off overnight, @Adam Pearson.

Tomorrow morning, insert the SIM and restart your phone.

🤞
