Why does my pdf bill say the wrong direct debit due date ? For example 24th February to 23rd march due on 10th march? Does any one know?

Hey there
Have you only just joined us? I ask, as we take the first payment within 14 days of you joining us, and this is a payment in advance for the whole month. After this payment, your payments would be due on the same date as this payment each month.
If you haven’t recently joined us, and this is a recent issue after being with us for longer than a month, please let us know and we can investigate further with you.
