The text is always sent when your monthly data is used regardless of having an add-on or not.
If you then have an add-on, it will default to using the add-on.
We are required to send the texts to notify you when your data has been used.
You’ll also get one similar when 80% of your data add-on has been used and 100% also.

I've had a similar text to Andrew. I think you should say that if you have bought an add-on that this will now be used. It's a bit scary to receive a text like that.
