Hi, hi I want to register my account so I can control my SIM, but it wants my Id mobile number? So I guess I have to wait for my SIM to arrive, when will that be? I ordered it yesterday

iD say it takes 3-5 working days - from the date of dispatch - for a SIM card to arrive @Joshua Hull. 

SIM cards are sent by Royal Mail, without tracking. 
The date of dispatch is normally the same date as the order complete email from iD.

    To register an iD Mobile app/website account we’d recommend awaiting for the SIM card to arrive.

     

    SIM only orders are sent via Royal Mail and received within 3-5 working days.
