Hi can I still return phone is seal is broken

Hi @Izhrtttt 

 

This will depend on where the device was purchased, if it was purchased from a store you may not be able to return the device back to them.

 

If you have purchased the device online, you will still be able to return within 30 days of purchase as long as there has been no damage and all contents (except the SIM card) are returned.
