sending international messages

I cannot send any messages outside the UK. I get message, ID error 0,. What I need to go? I have some extra money on my account.

Have you checked the following @Florentyna Laba?

That the International option is turned on in your iD account, by using the iD app or the online account portal “my.idmobile.co.uk”.
That your iD account bill cap high enough to cover the cost of sending multiple text messages to non-UK mobile numbers.

Alternatively, use WhatsApp or Skype or something similar to send message overseas.

As @andewhite mentioned, you need to enable this in the account, then increase your spend cap to allow the chargeable texts.
