I cannot send any messages outside the UK. I get message, ID error 0,. What I need to go? I have some extra money on my account.

Have you checked the following
- That the International option is turned on in your iD account, by using the iD app or the online account portal “my.idmobile.co.uk”.
- That your iD account bill cap high enough to cover the cost of sending multiple text messages to non-UK mobile numbers.
Alternatively, use WhatsApp or Skype or something similar to send message overseas.
