My old number is on calls but when I text it is my new id number. What's up?

Have you recently requested the number port? It seems like the number port is still in process, please allow up to 48 hours for the number port to complete. If you are still having the same issue then please let us know and we will investigate with our tech team.

So that's why calls are in my old number that I want to keep. But texts are in the new number from id that I don't want?

As advised, you will usually experience this when your number is in the process of being ported. Are you still experiencing this problem?
