I am switching from Three to iDmobile . I want to keep my number but as iD uses the Three network is it necessary to do a PAC to keep my present number and to cancel my old direct debit to Three so I am not paying for two network charges

Hey
Once iD process the PAC from Three, your Three account will be closed.
If there’s any credit on the closed account it would usually be refunded using the direct debit details.

Hi Thanks Ande. Very helpful . I have a PAC code - do I send this to iD rather than three . At present I cant access an account on the iD system as I just arranged the switch today I guess. Thanks again.Rob
