No welcome email
No invoice
No transaction number
No its not in spam/junk email folder it simply doesn't exist
No its not written on any physical items received
I can not believe there's no option to get live help! just a link to this forum.. i can't even return the phone and sim.. atrocious.

@bradcoole Welcome over recent day's IDMobile have experience some technical issues and it's possible your email has not been sent or in a loop within their system. Here's an option for you call IDMobile sale's on the following number 020-7139-1397.
