I can see this is going to be a great experience!!! 

Phone and sim arrived 

No welcome email 

No invoice 

No transaction number

No its not in spam/junk email folder it simply doesn't exist 

No its not written on any physical items received 

I can not believe there's no option to get live help! just a link to this forum.. i can't even return the phone and sim.. atrocious.

@bradcoole  Welcome over recent day's IDMobile have experience some technical issues and it's possible your email has not been sent or in a loop within their system. Here's an option for you call IDMobile sale's on the following number  020-7139-1397.

Hope your matter can be resolved with the  sales team.

As for a great experience trust me I've been there. 😉

Hope your matter can be resolved with the  sales team.

Hi there Brad, we’re very sorry to hear you’ve not received your transaction code from us. This seems to be a common issue with orders outside of ID Mobile online, and via our third party websites.

 

However, if you’re certain you’ve not received it and checked all spam, junk folders etc, then we can indeed retrieve it for you.

 

Please send us a personal message and include the following information so we can do so:

 

  • Full name
  • Full address including full postcode
  • Email address
  • iD Mobile phone number
