Unlocking your phone

Hi @Mohsin this phone was bought in 2016/17. The original article on this page does say that ‘The only phones that iD Mobile locks are iPhones made before 2018.’

I have a sim from another UK network and it will not work- in fact it doesn’t let me even open the phone whilst that sim is inserted. The error message says that the phone is locked. I have also had confirmation from Apple support that the phone is locked (they sent me an email to share with network support to confirm this).

We would only be able to unlock phones that we have originally sold, are you the original owner of that phone?
