I upgraded my phone but returned it 2 days later as my old phone was just as good so decided to stay with my old one...6 days after ID mobile have recieved it I have had my £19 upfront cost refunded into my bank but no update on my ID app..Still showing new phone contract...how much longer until it changes back to my original contract ?

The app may take a short while to update, however we wouldn’t expect it to take 6 days, are you still having issues with this?
