Hi when I call the voicemail on my phone and enter my phone number and then the hash key it says your mailbox has not been setup fully. I have tried switching voicemail off and on the iD Mobile app but the problem still persists. Could you help me?

I am currently abroad. I have been dialling 123, if I stay on the line it says to call your voicemail to setup your mailbox but I am calling the voicemail so I don’t know what to do.
Is me being abroad the cause of this problem?
I don’t think you can setup iD Mobile voicemail when you’re abroad - it needs to be setup when you’re in the UK
