voicemail prompts

I have 3 voicemails but there are no prompts to delete or move to next and can currently only listen to the first voicemail.

How do I delete a voicemail or listen to the other messages?

Thanks @Kash , I got it resolved last night by rebooting my phone then switched voicemail off then back on
