wont accept my pac

  1. It keeps telling me something went wrong. 
     
  2. then I  tried it via the app link but it says it’s a link not authorized and to refer to administrator.
  3. ??!!!!

Unfortunately @Silk Goh, cookies used with the iD Community “Remember Me” option conflict with cookies used for the www.idmobile.co.uk site.
