Unfortunately @Silk Goh, cookies used with the iD Community “Remember Me” option conflict with cookies used for the www.idmobile.co.uk site.

To use the online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, use another web browser or logout of your iD Community account before you start an online chat.
