Hi - I have moved my son’s mobile to ID and the mobile number on the Welcome email is incorrect. It is correct on the invoice PDF but I can’t register his mobile number as I get the error message that details don’t match when i try to register using his actual mobile number (the one on the invoice and the number used to purchased the monthly plan) Can you help me register his number?
