How to enable or disable Adult Content and other services.

 

To enable or disable Adult Content and other services in the iD Mobile app or My Account online, you can:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
  2. Tap ‘Plan’.
  3. Scroll down.
  4. Tap ‘Manage your iD services’.
  5. Tap the toggles to Enable or Disable services. Tap ‘Save’ to confirm your changes.

 

I can’t access the iD Mobile app or My Account Online. What should I do? 

 

If you’re unable to access the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, simply contact us to enable or disable your services.
