I purchased a roaming bolt on for usa before I came to usa (here now). I have roaming on within phone settings and app but I have been charged. Please ensure these charges are not charged to my account and I will put roaming back on within my phone. If this isn't done today, I will need reimbursement of charges and bolt on. I currently can't use my phone away from wifi which I need for my holiday so it will ruin it unless it is sorted.
