3g data finally disabled, but 4g data has not improved

I thought this might happen, but was hoping not.

For a period of 2 years, 3g voice and data has been tolerable, but 4g poor. Now 3g data has been finally turned off here in Wivenhoe, CO7 9AF, I'm left with an unusable service. ID LTE(4G) cell id :1306972 , signal-119dBm

Can this be passed to engineering to comment 

(It's inside my house)

4G has always been poor at this postcode, CO79AF certainly for last 2 years, but I've been using 3G as that was at least usable.

Probably now the switch off of 3G has happened at this location more people are complaining as they won't have a data service. 

I can see there is a service fault reported, but this has been ongoing for 3 days, so hopefully it gets fixed soon. How do I apply for compensation for lost service?

Taking a look the area looks to have some patchy spots with 4G, it may well be an area we’d expect to have such issues.

 

Three UK typically has an outage sorted within a week, if you’re still having issues by 07/03, please let us know.

Ok, I'll check for another 3 days, but no improvement so far. I would not mind, but I live in a town with a population of 7k, so it's not like it's a rural area. I am ordering a sim from another provider and see how they compare, but I think its a Three under investment issue, made worse by 3G switchoff. Let's see.
