4G, signal bars and data but no internet

Hello - over the past week I have been having data issues when out and about. My phone will have the 4G symbol and signal bars, I have 45.5GB of data available but it just... does not connect to the Internet!

 

I have reset the mobile network settings and restarted my phone. I am using a Samsung Galaxy (new as of July 3023) and have no other issues. My partner on EE can connect to the network in areas where I cannot. Is there any easy way to fix this as I use my phone to commute.

    I’m sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?

     

    How long have you had issues in these areas?

     

    Note that a user on EE has access to a different network entirely, their service and signal would not be the same as yours.
