Think have toggled the adult content filter to off yet I’m still unable to

access any sites that need to be over 18. Any ideas please. Was fine yesterday.

Can you please also check that you do not have any filters on the browser you are using?

Also, are you getting the restriction when attempting to access the site via WiFi or mobile data?

Just checking Caz.

 

After toggling the adult filter to off have you scrolled down the page and clicked save?

Just got 'adult content filtering' from 3. I do NOT have adult content filtering turned on in ID mobile but it has suddenly switched on in 3. Anyone else getting this?

I have tried enabling adult content filtering in ID app and then turning it off again but it is still enabled in 3.

Any ideas on how to disable the filter (I am over 18!)

Access restricted

Hello.

I'm 45 and I have the same issue.

I toggle off the adult filter and still nothing.

Can someone sort this. Thanks
