anyone have trouble getting signal with ID?

Iv been with ID for 2 years but the last 6 months I couldn't get signal anywhere, unless I'm on WiFi I cannot use my phone. I was ready to leave when my contract ended but as usual was sweet talked by the sales team who ensures me I wouldn't have this issue again as it would be a problem with my device, so now 2 weeks into new contract and still no signal it's a joke!

@Aimeelouise - You do have 30 days change of mind if you’d like to reverse your Upgrade. What postcodes are you experiencing issues at? Thanks.

Team have checked postcode and there are no issues, I'm waiting for a new sim card as theyv suggested this may be the problem as I cannot select network on my phone. The 30 days have past
