I need help 3 months now

 

 

Full bars - rings after 30 seconds call is unusable

Low bars - unusable 

 

 

I live in belfast like utsbthe major city.

 

Better connection in the rural areas and small towns

Please get this fixed

Just to back up Ross Edwards thread, which is really concerning to read as this has been an active issue for months now, I am also in Belfast and cannot even receive calls at the moment despite the number ringing (have tested this with my girlfriend). As stated, Belfast is a major city and I'm extremely concerned about the length of any resolution but what worries me more is the lack of action on this. I repeat, I'm not even able to get calls in Belfast it's so poor, so it's not user issue. This is a region issue. Please raise this as a priority issue, otherwise, I will say you could lose a lot of customers, if not already

Also, my postcode is BT153GQ. 4G does work so I find it even more odd that I am not able to receive or make calls

Sorry for the issues and I have checked the postcode.

There is, at times, heavy usage in this local area. As a result, you may experience varying data speeds depending on how many customers are connecting to our network via your closest mast.

We’re always working to improve our network and aim to provide the best experience possible.

If you are having issues in multiple locations it may point to a SIM or handset issue.

Can you please help in this issue. I am able to use the 4G plan but not able to receive or make calls. This is an issue that can be resolved from talking with others who use mobile ID. Apparently my phone doesn't acknowledge there is a phone number
