Calls dropping off - terrible coverage

I recently moved to ID Mobile and can’t believe how bad the coverage is. My calls are constantly dropping out and people can’t hear what I am saying. I notice that there are lots of people reporting the same thing within this community. I am going to report this to Ofcom as I’m currently paying for a phone I can’t use! Hs anyone has any luck with this (or found a solution)

You have a cooling-off period for this very reason. If the coverage or overall service doesn’t meet your standards, make use of it to cancel penalty-free.

Hi ​@RachF  I am sorry to hear of the trouble you have had with your coverage, and in contacting us.

Can you please check your coverage here to see if there are any current outages in your area - https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage 

Some materials and structures can also affect signal strength.

Can you try switching to 4G to see if that helps? Do you have Wi-Fi calling and VoLTE enabled?

If not, as ​@WelshPaul  has mentioned, you may still be in your cooling off period should you wish to leave iD?

There aren’t any outages reported in my area and this has been happening since I switched anyway, not a few days. Wifi calling is already enabled and i’ve tried 4G.

Reading other comments on here, it seems that this is a widespread issue. I will check my contract but as i have a handset, don’t think this applies.

How is coverage in your area ​@RachF ?

When and where did you make your purchase?
