Since joining Idmobile I can’t make or receive calls

Hi there ​@Milo123, sorry to hear that. What date did you join us and did you bring your mobile number over to us?

 

Also, what device do you have please?

Is your device on the 4G approved list?

If so, have you got VoLTE enabled on it? VoLTE is ‘Voice over LTE’ which is the type of network used to support the 4G signal. If you can send/receive texts and use your data then this is the most likely cause of not being able to make/receive calls.

If you let us know what handset you have then someone should be able to advise you on how to check this, or you can do an internet search i.e. how to enable VoLTE on a ………...(insert device make/model).

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to connect to an adviser.
