Unfortunately @Scorpion, the mobile network status checker headline for your postcode is:

There is, at times, heavy usage in this local area.

This probably explains the poor speed test results in your home.

Maybe try using https://speed.cloudflare.com for benchmarks at your location, @Scorpion

Have your checked the network status (not coverage) at your location?

Is poor data speed an issue everywhere or just one location?

Any chance of trying the iD SIM in another phone, @Scorpion

That might help determine if it’s a SIM or phone fault/problem.

I've had this issue since I joined and customer service has been horrendous. Basically oh well you need to pay to leave your contract. I've put in a complaint with ofcom. As soon as my co tract is up I will be going back to EE as this is the worst signal ive ever had.

Hello @Scorpion

Thank you for providing the details.

As @andewhite has advised, the service page does state there is heavy usage in the area that could impact speeds.

You can view this by entering your postcode here.

Thanks,

Natalie
