Delays between people hearing me on mobile

Hi there - received my NEW iPhone 15 yesterday on ID Mobile. All seemed straight-forward in setup, but on speaking to 2 people today on the phone, both of them experienced delays in me speaking and them receiving the message. 

Any ideas?

P.S. I phoned my son who was only upstairs to test and he heard me fine with no delay (don’t tell me if somebody is far away there’s a natural delay due to distance lol)

    Hey there ​@Vinny B, sorry to hear that.

     

    Are you able to test your SIM card in another device at all and see if the same issue persists?

     

    Have you tried resetting network settings?

     

    Also, what’s your full postcode please?
