Do iD Mobile offer signal boosters?

I've been with OD for many years and recently just moved to an area where the signal indoors and outdoors is very poor. I have a Homor Lite 2021 and am pay monthly. Do you offer a signal booster?

There’s no signal booster available form iD.

iD Mobile provide the “iD WiFi Call” service for these type of situations.

The handsets with their “iD WiFi Call” service is on the Wi-Fi Calling & 4G Calling page.

We don’t currently offer any sort of signal boosters, I’d recommend looking on our coverage checker and Three’s status checker to see if there’s a general issue in the area or if it’s temporary!
