Hi, I've been with ID since June 2024 and had no issues. About week ago my signal at home and work (Southampton area) had dropped and I can't make calls or get data. SMS messages seem to get through. I've tried resets of the phone, and ID / Three website suggests no local issues. Any ideas?

(For some phone models, VoLTE is enabled by default, and there is noVoLTE HD callsswitch. In this case, refer to the following to troubleshoot.)Restart your phone and try again.

Does your phone support 4G calling or VoLTE. Could be due to the 3G switch off.
