how to turn off this sim


Worse Network and speed .  I want to save this number but i want end contract with this sim after this month.

@atiqrahman.ce  How long have you been with IDMobile?  There's normally a cooling off period I think it's 30 day's in case one changes their mind.

Hi ​@atiqrahman.ce 

To move to another provider (GiffGaff) then you will need to request a PAC code to do so.

  • How to request a PAC from iD Mobile:

    • Text: Send the text message "PAC" to 65075 from your iD Mobile SIM card. 
    • iD Mobile App/Online: You can also request a PAC by logging into the iD Mobile App or My Account online, going to My Account, and then selecting "End my plan". 

Just be aware that unless you have a month to month contract (and you are out of the cooling off period - 14 days) you will be charged to do so and it may be costly:-

Early termination fee

If you cancel a contract before your agreement ends, you’ll need to pay an early termination fee. The fee is based on your monthly plan charge and the time left on your contract and can be calculated as follows:

Full Monthly line rental charge x remaining contract length (days)
