Hrlp! nightmare! no coverage poor service experience

I have a new Sim only contract and I want to exit without penalty or charges because the signal is non-existent. I live in Cirencester (20,000 population) no signal at home or at best 1 bar. Recently had full 4G signal when elsewhere and could not get any data at all despite full 4G. 
I know it’s 3 network but the network coverage checker is a lie. The customer service is non existent. Chat bot fails, I’ve been trying to contact you for weeks. Can someone please call me to discuss???? Help. 🤯

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I’ve very recently joined ID a few weeks ago and I’ve never had any decent signal. I really don’t know what you can do other than to put up more cell towers in my area and I assume you’re not going to do that as it’s not your network.

For what it’s worth I’ve checked the coverage. What you actually get here on the ground vs what a map tells you doesn’t seem to match. 1 out of 4 bars or no coverage at all and no data when I’ve got full coverage doesn’t seem to match the coverage checker map which I assume is what’s reported by the networks. Obviously what’s here on the ground matters. What I’m holding in my hand matters rather than a system that reports something different. 
Hope that’s clear. 
I was previously on Vodafone and that wasn’t brilliant but it did seem better than the service I’m getting now I’ve moved to IDM/Three.

Also, some more specific examples are as follows:

13:04, 22aug, on M6 - no data to listen to a podcast.

13:36, 22aug, 17 miles South of Preston - 3 bars of 4G, but had no connection to make a phone call.
