I have a new Sim only contract and I want to exit without penalty or charges because the signal is non-existent. I live in Cirencester (20,000 population) no signal at home or at best 1 bar. Recently had full 4G signal when elsewhere and could not get any data at all despite full 4G.
I know it’s 3 network but the network coverage checker is a lie. The customer service is non existent. Chat bot fails, I’ve been trying to contact you for weeks. Can someone please call me to discuss???? Help. 🤯
