My ID mobile can't call my child's mobile number (which has also recently been changed to ID mobile). Simply states, when I try to call her, 'not registered on network'
We've had the welcome to ID Mobile messages etc. but we can't phone each other or send texts.
Any ideas? I can't text her either.
We can communicate however and call via WhatsApp.
