Intermittent wifi calling iphone 14

iPhone 14. Having problems with WiFi calling. Only working intermittently and I have to use messenger or similar where possible for outgoing calls. Everything is updated as far as I can tell. Would appreciate any help.

    It is an iPhone 14. IOS 18.5

    This is intermittent but most of the time. I need WiFi as there is no signal where we live.
