I have increased data on the wrong mobile plan - I have 2 with u and want to switch it to the correct plan

Was it an add on or a plan change?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an add-on. Your add-on will expire after its duration, depending on which add on you bought.

You would need to purchase the add on again for the other account I’m afraid.

If it is a plan change, you can change this on the incorrect account on the app after 30 days. You can find out more here - How do I change my plan? | iD Mobile Community

We wouldn’t just be able to swap from one to another.
