mobile reception poor missed calls etc...

Over the last 3 months we have noted that calls are being missed without the phone ringing. 

Generally poor reception at all times, but just enough for mobile calling to not work correctly.

Has anyone else experienced the same issues?

It's by just me, my partner is also on id mobile and we are having the exact same issues.

Postcode is sk4, but it seems the same wherever we are..

Are we isolated incidents or is there more of an issue?

My renewal is in a week and have no choice but to leave I'd mobile if not resolved.

Hi there ​@DanF, sorry to hear this. What’s the full postcode please, and what device(s) do you have?

 

Is it every call, or only some?

Hi, it's most calls, sk42qd, I have a pixel 8 and he missus has a pixel 9, same issue. Also a friend with an iPhone has the same issue

We have no issues reported in this area at the moment. 

Is the issue indoors or outdoors?

Do you have Wi-Fi calling enabled?

It's all around the SK4 postcode in general that we have the issues. Inside and outside. WiFi calling is enabled but if there is the slightest signal it drops out the WiFi calling.

I had hacked the phone and enforced WiFi calling that was great, but an update trashed the phone and I had to recover it and it's now back to the same issues.

Hi there ​@DanF, VOLTE will also show as “LTE”. Do you have that option?
