I have 3 GB data left but I can not use my data when I am out without using wi-fi. Whenever I tried to connect to internet, same message comes up, like “looks like you are not connected to a network. Check your settings and try again. It is not airplane mode at all. Can you please help me to sort out this problem?

If so, which country?
Have you tried restarting your handset to see if this makes a difference?

Try turning your phone OFF for at least 15 minutes.
And check for any service disruption in your area using the following link:
