Three’s Network down for two days—last time was four & no updates! I’m housebound, very unwell, and dependent upon an internet connection. Home WiFi is hopeless at 11mbps at best. I NEED the mobile data. That’s the whole point of buying it.

These outages are happening too frequently and I’ve had loads of websites I can’t access on your network due to Three. Hubby is a Three customer and he’s having website access issues too.

I raised a second complaint on 8/7/2025 and STILL have not heard back.

I need to be allowed to leave contract without fees so I can find a more reliable service. 
 

Intermittent phone service and no internet service are no joke. Please help ASAP. And before you ask the usual—it’s not my network settings or phone but the network. You could at least offer a timeframe. This is dangerous and appalling.
