network issues

For the last few weeks I have been unable to get a strong data connection in the nn8 1aq area. I used to get 5g now I am struggling to load simple websites. Please could someone look into the mast efficiency.  Thank you.

Hi @Kelvinjw

Taking a look the area of NN8 1AQ is very weak for 5G, we’d recommend switching to 4G whilst in the area.

I normally have a stable 4g but recently data quality has been poor a video call is just about possible with poor image quality. Haven't had problems up until now.

Hey there @Kelvinjw, sorry to hear that.

When did issues begin?

Does it affects texts and calls?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi @Tyler  I noticed there was no 5g around the 27th of feb and the issue has progressively gotten worse since then. Calls seem ok, texts are a little slow but come through, data on the other hand is tedious. I don't have issues back home just at the stated postcode area.
