I have had network issues since 21/02/25. My phone shows that I have signal and 4G, however also shows an exclaimation mark. I cannot connect to the internet, nor can I take or recieve phone calls. If I travel in range of another mast I can access the network as usual. Before 21/02/25 I had excellent signal.
The network status checker said there was an issue which was being fixed (21/02/25), however as of today (03/03/25) the tracker states “Our system hasn’t reported any network issues.”. Despite this change in status I still have no access to the network. I tried contacting customer support who told me that the issue was a faulty SIM card (which doesn’t make sense as I can still access the network if I move to another mast). The issue is with the mast that covers Whitehaven town centre.
I have been patient as the tracker said the issue was known and is being fixed, but now (nearly two weeks later) the issue is still present, but is no longer aknowledged. I am paying for a service that is not being provided, and my patience is wearing thin!
How can I raise this network issue with ID or Three so they know something needs fixing? How much longer will I need to wait before I can recieve a phonecall or access the internet in my home?

This community article has several options for ways of contacting an iD customer service adviser,
Just to say, iD Mobile terms & conditions don’t guarantee their network services will work everywhere, all of the time - this is typical of the UK mobile network operators.
